The following is an itemized list of underground storage tank violations that have not <br /> been addressed for TRACY76 as of September 05, 2018. <br /> Open violations from May 22, 2018 inspection <br /> Violation #104 -UST operating permit application for facility and tank information not submitted or current. <br /> UST Facility Operating Permit is not current in CERS. The tank owner is listed as Reliance Gas Investments. <br /> According to previous conversations with Jivtesh Gill, the tank owner is actually Toste Farms. Any change of <br /> information must be updated in CERS within 30 days of the changes. Immediately log into CERS, update the <br /> required information, and submit for review by the EHD. <br /> UST Tank Information forms for the are not current in CERS. <br /> -All three forms incorrectly list the tanks as having fiberglass primary and secondary. The tanks were observed to <br /> be double-walled steel. <br /> -All three forms incorrectly list the product piping primary as steel. The product piping was observed to be <br /> double-walled fiberglass. <br /> Any change of information must be updated in CERS within 30 days of the changes. Immediately log into CERS, <br /> update the required information, and submit for review by the EHD. <br /> Violation #105 -Failed to have an approved UST monitoring plan. <br /> The monitoring plans are not current and/or not approved by the EHD. <br /> -The 87 monitoring plan states the leak detector is a VMI LD2000. The leak detector observed is a VMI 99LD2000. <br /> The monitoring plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). Immediately log <br /> into CERS, make the necessary changes, and submit for review by the EHD. <br /> Violation #107 -Plot plan/site map not submitted or failed to completely show where monitoring is <br /> performed. <br /> An accurate UST Monitoring Site Plan was not submitted. The map does not include annular sensors and the <br /> piping drawn in does not run to all three tanks. A site plan must be submitted identifying the locations where <br /> monitoring will be performed. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br /> http://cers.calepa,ca.gov/and upload a copy of the UST Monitoring Site Plan. <br /> Violation #204-Current monitoring plan approved by the EHD not found on site. <br /> An approved copy of the monitoring plans were not available for inspection. A copy of these plans shall be <br /> accessible on site at all times. Immediately locate and retain a copy on site. <br /> Violation#313 -Failure to construct, operate, and maintain primary containment as product-tight. <br /> Dripping fuel was observed in dispenser 7/8, liquid was observed in a light coating of the UDC beneath, and a <br /> strong fuel smell was noted at the UDC, indicating a leak in the primary piping. The rapid drip was only observed <br /> while the pump was running. All primary containment for the UST system must be tight. Immediately have a <br /> properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor repair or replace the failed component under permit and <br /> inspection of the EHD. <br /> Page 1 of 1 <br />
