5. California District Attorneys Association Environmental Project. TARGET shall <br />provide the amount of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) to be used by the California <br />District Attorneys Association Environmental Project for the purposes of providing training <br />consistent with the objectives of the Environmental Project. <br />6. California District Attorneys Association Environmental Circuit Prosecutor Project. <br />TARGET shall provide the amount of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) to be used by <br />the California District Attorneys Association Environmental Circuit Prosecutor Project for the <br />purposes of providing training consistent with the objectives of the Environmental Circuit <br />Prosecutor Project. <br />* If the payment provided by TARGET is accepted by a designated entity, the designated <br />entity shall provide until the exhaustion of the funds annual letter.reports describing the specific use <br />of the funds.
