HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE SECTION 25143.13 <br /> (effective January 1,1999): <br /> 25143.13. (a)Notwithstanding any other provision of law,except (d) The department shall amend its regulations, as necessary, to <br /> as provided in subdivision(c),wastes containing silver or silver conform to this section.
