Box 2009 • (1601 East Hazelton Avenue) • Stockton,California 95201 <br /> ikoR`'• <br /> (209) 468-3400 <br /> PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> NOTICE OF FINDINGS REGARDING <br /> SITE MITIGATION PLAN <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a corrective action plan for <br /> remediation of an underground leaking storage tank site located at <br /> 1399 E. Yosemite, in the City of Manteca (APN 206-290-04) on the <br /> west corner of Northwoods, and Yosemite, has been reviewed by San <br /> Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division (PHS/EHD) . The plan is a proposal for mitigation of <br /> hazardous substances which contaminated the site due to <br /> unauthorized releases associated with underground storage tanks <br /> (UST) which were located on the property. <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division, Local UST Oversight Program, has made a tentative <br /> determination that the plan is in compliance with local, State and <br /> Federal laws and regulations and that the resultant work will not <br /> create significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed the <br /> benefits to be gained from cleanup of the contamination. <br /> The corrective action plan is available for public review at the <br /> Manteca Public Library, 320 W. Center, Manteca, and PHS/EHD, <br /> 445 N. San Joaquin Street, Stockton, California, during normal <br /> working hours, 8: 00 a.m. - 5: 00 p.m. If a written request by any <br /> member of the public for a public hearing is not received by <br /> PHS/EHD by April 5, 1993 the tentative decision shall become final <br /> on that date and time. <br /> All requests for public hearings must be filed in writing to <br /> PHS/EHD at P.O. Box 2009, Stockton, 95201.
