( (1) Equipment Inventory Database <br /> SOPUS shall maintain an internal database application that stores a record of the UST <br /> equipment at each location. The equipment detail shall include all UST system components <br /> associated with tanks, piping, sumps, under dispenser containment and monitoring systems. The <br /> database shall be updated by SOPUS when an upgrade or modification to the UST system <br /> occurs. <br /> (in) UST Equipment Checklist <br /> Defendants shall ensure that the contractor(s) retained by Defendants shall complete a <br /> UST system equipment checklist each time a UST system upgrade occurs at a site. The <br /> equipment checklist shall be maintained by SOPUS as a record for the site and be used to update <br /> the Equipment Inventory Database. <br /> People v.
