I apologize for the delay in response... I was hoping to have SafetyKleen remove all our material before
replying, but we are experiencing a delay. I was able to get a new EPA ID#and I was wondering if you were able to learn
any more about us combining both our sites to one location at 501 Port Rd 22?
101: We Have obtained a new EPA ID#for 501 Port Rd 22(attached)
-The ID is under our new name Green Planet 21. We merged Cencal into The Sutta Co. in 2013 and completed a
change of name in 2014 but we maintain Cencal and Sutta as DBAs.
102: We have reviewed spill response procedures and forms(attached) with the Stockton staff. We also were able to
locate our used sorbent drum and we have stationed it inside the warehouse on a containment pallet. We will have
SafetyKleen remove it once it nears capacity.
104: We have posted the Consolidated Emergency Response Plan(attached)throughout the facility as well as reviewing
it with all employees. I, Dustin Hirashima, 510-385-8994, will serve as the Emergency Coordinator for our Stockton
facility.
110: 1 have attached all manifests provided to us by SafetyKleen. All Used Oil and Sorbent are collected and stored for
pickup at 501 Port Rd 22. We also were able to locate our used sorbent
drum and have reviewed it's location with the staff. I walked through the facility with Dave Gorsuch and our Sweeper,
Juanita. We identified and cleaned all spills while Dave stopped any leaks. The sorbent was placed in the sorbent drum
and we are awaiting it to near capacity before SafetyKleen removes it.
Thanks,
Dustin Hirashima
Safety Manager
Green Planet 21
www.greenplanet2l.com
2
