A waste tire generator is any
business that generates ten or more waste tires. The enforcement agency inspects
these facilities to ensure that the generators are using registered haulers and properly
manifesting per Public Resources Code Section 42953 and Title 14 of the California
Code of Regulations Section 18462.
The Counties are advised to obtain consent prior to an inspection. It appears from your
letter that Jenni Frase had verbal consent from Jessie Santos.
