Communicating with the Environmental Department <br /> After you have reported a spill to the Help Desk, if necessary, someone from the Flying J <br /> Environmental Department will contact you and ask for an update on the clean up. <br /> In addition, after the spill, send the Environmental Department the following: <br /> • any new information <br /> • documents from fire department or police <br /> • responsible party's personal information <br /> • photographs <br /> • any notes you wrote down about the spill <br /> 14 <br />
