The first section pertains <br /> to the Monitoring Certification inspection and the second to the Routine Inspection. <br /> -MONITORING CERTIFICATION <br /> #15. Monitoring Plan is included. <br /> #11. All sump sensors have been check and adjusted to be located at the lowest so they <br /> can detect a leak at the earliest possible opportunity. <br /> #16. All secondary piping test boots have been pulled back so they don't interfere with <br /> any type of flow in to collection sumps. <br /> #21. All liquid has been remove from sumps 1&3, 89 tank stp, ucds# 13-18 and 22-30 <br /> (including satellites). And handle per title 22 Hazarous waste regulations. <br /> #32. We have contacted Service Stations Systems to diagnose the system, they have <br /> isolated the problem and will be pulling permits and performing the require repair to <br /> prepare for re-test. <br /> -ROUTINE INSPECTION <br /> #10. I have included a letter sent to me by Tennessee General Cons. In regards to the <br /> handling of sludge from oil water separator. <br /> #47.
