These manifest were for oil-water- <br /> separator waste removed from the facility. After removal the waste was <br /> brought back to our facility in Pulaski, Tennessee where it was treated. and <br /> then disposed of. <br /> At the time we cleaned the separator we were unaware of the California <br /> classification of this waste as non-RCRA Hazardous. We have since been <br /> made aware of this and are now a registered transporter for California.
