0 • <br /> The soil and groundwater samples will be analyzed on a 48-Hour Rush Turnaround <br /> basis. <br /> REPORT <br /> A report of our findings will be prepared and three copies provided. The report will <br /> include a description of the assessment rationale and scope of work, field activities, <br /> analytical results, findings, and conclusions applicable to the scope of work outlined in <br /> this proposal. <br /> The report will be provided for reliance by Interra Development Partners, LLC and <br /> Prudential Real Estate Investors. The work conducted under this contract may result in <br /> development of information, which may place an obligation upon the site owner or <br /> operator to provide reporting to a regulatory agency or other third party. PSI will not <br /> provide reporting to regulatory agencies or other third parties unless Interra <br /> Development Partners, LLC and Prudential Real Estate Investors expressly request <br /> such reporting to be performed. <br /> SCHEDULE <br /> PSI proposes to complete the field investigation within ten working days after <br /> authorization to proceed has been received. Based on anticipated ten working days for <br /> permitting, mobilization, field activities, and laboratory analyses, PSI proposes to deliver <br /> the report within ten days of receiving analytical results. PSI will endeavor to provide <br /> Interra Development with the analytical results by January 30, 2008. <br /> SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS <br /> Your communication of previous environmental investigations, assessments or other <br /> such documents to us, along with any specialized knowledge or experience that is <br /> material to this project is needed as part of the investigation. Upon project start-up, PSI <br /> will contact you or your designated representative regarding this information and project <br /> scheduling. <br /> Arrangements for access will be the responsibility of the client. Client shall provide <br /> clearance for all drilling and boring locations. PSI is not responsible for subsurface <br /> utilities or other appurtenances not identified by the client or utility alert services notified <br /> prior to the start of drilling activities. PSI also assumes that the lithology at the site is <br /> conducive to being sampled using hollow-stem drilling methodology. <br /> THIRD PARTY RELIANCE <br /> Third party reliance letters may be issued upon request and upon the payment of the, <br /> then current fee for such letters. All third parties relying on PSI's reports, by such <br /> reliance, agree to be bound by this proposal and PSI's General Conditions.
