A <br />review of these documents, completed between the time periods of March 9, 2014 to September 9, 2014, <br />indicates that the errors or omissions noted on the back of this letter were made. These errors and <br />omissions are violations of California law. <br />By giving you this notice, we hope to call attention to deficiencies that you should correct in future CTL <br />forms. As the hauler, it is your responsibility to ensure that these documents are accurately and <br />completely fill out. Transporting waste or used tires without a properly completed CTL form is a <br />violation of Title 14, California Code of Regulation, § 18460,2(h) as referenced below and is punishable <br />by civil fines of up to $25,000 per violation [Public Resources Code, §42962(a)]. <br />18460.2.
