Submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD within 30 <br />days. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />605 <br />CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br />One white 5 gallon plastic bucket containing metal shavings was observed with no accumulaiton start date. <br />According to the manager, Joseph Smith, the waste was over 90 days old. According to David Smith, the hauler <br />mentioned that metal shavings can be stored on site for over one year. <br />All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br />- the words "Hazardous Waste" <br />- name and address of generator <br />- hazardous properties <br />- physical state <br />- composition (contents) <br />- accumulation start date <br />Immediately label this container and ensure that all containers are marked with all the required information.
