Our main fuel-assembly of 10,000 g�of Jet A (not challenged in NOV) <br /> 2. Conversion of singlewall 1000- AST for gasoline to chemical-tank <br /> processing (non-petrol) <br /> 3. Installation of 1800 doubl AST for gasoline on new concrete pad <br /> 4. Conversion of singlewall 50-gallon mobile-diesel/AST (nurse tank) to chemical- <br /> tank processing <br /> 5. Installation of 1800 doublewall AST for diesel on new concrete pad <br /> 6. Installation of 1800 doublewall AST for AvGas on new concrete pad <br /> Our short/long-term objectives are to request forebearance/recission of the NOV once <br /> the construction is completed, new testing of the fuel-island is conducted <br /> simultaneously with the expiration of the existing SPCC plan and the <br /> composition/certification of a new SPCC plan, utilizing current templates in <br /> conformity with federal/state/local (San Joaquin-CUPA) guidelines. Our anticipated <br /> completion of the construction phase is approximately 45 days,weather-permitting. <br /> We have provided photographic evidence (attached) to confirm our commitment to <br /> this project. <br />
