The Business Owner/Operator Identification form was not submitted accurately. 750 pounds of Anhydrous Ammonia was found on site at the same location as one process, and the business has answered "no"to storing CalARP regulated chemicals on site.Anhydrous Ammonia is a CalARP regulated chemicals with 500 pounds as the threshold quantity. The facility is planning to have two process by separating the ammonia cylinders so they have less than 500 pounds in each process. The facility either needs to submit a risk management plan (RMP)for the Ammonia process or submit a statement with photo showing that they have less than 500 pounds of ammonia in each processes. If the facility is submitting an RMP, immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. This is a minor violation. 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to complete and/or submit a site map with all required content. A site map was not completed with all the required elements as part of the business plan. Some of the elements on the site map are not readable.The site maps did not address North orientation, chemicals loading areas, all the locations of reportable hazardous materials, adjacent street, internal roads, emergency shut offs, emergency response equipment, and access and exit points for structure and gates. A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as"NA". Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval.
