RECEIVED <br /> InN1 04 2019 <br /> Corrective Actions for the Hazardous Materials Program Inspection on December 5, 2018 <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL <br /> HPAITa nF= !:MPTh.9FN7 <br /> The Stockton Sanitary Wash Rack ( SSWR ) has corrected the following deficiencies identified during a <br /> Hazardous Materials Program Inspection performed by Mr . Robert Lopez of San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department on December 5, 2018 . <br /> Item #5 — The Hazardous Materials Inventory form for the 255 gallons of sodium hydroxide solution has <br /> wrongly been identified as a solid . <br /> SSWR 's Corrective Action : The Hazardous Materials Inventory has been updated to reflect the sodium <br /> hydroxide solution as a liquid. <br /> Item #6 — The evacuation map is not legible and the site maps do not address all required elements . <br /> SSWR's Corrective Action : The facility's site map has been updated using a more legible map. In <br /> addition, SSWR verified required elements were included on the map and non- applicable elements were <br /> labeled as such . The map was uploaded to the CERS account as the site 's Annotated Site Map. <br /> Item #9 — The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California <br /> Environmental Reporting System ( CERS ) annually since 2014 . <br /> SSWR 's Corrective Action : This item was marked "Corrected on site ". SSWR intends to submit an <br /> updated business plan prior to January 15, 2019. <br /> Item # 11 — Failed to provide or document initial and/or refresher training to appropriate personnel . <br /> SSWR's Corrective Action : SSWR is in the process of conducting training with all shift workers. SSWR <br /> anticipates the required trainings to be completed by January 15, 2019. <br /> Item # 12 — Failed to have the business plan readily available to facility or EHD personnel . <br /> The updated Emergency Response Plan, Chemical Inventory, and Map have been made available to <br /> facility personnel. Where to locate the documents will be covered in the trainings identified in Item #11 's <br /> corrective action . <br /> Citric Acid Added to Inventory and Site Map — SSWR has added the Citric Acid observed during the <br /> December 5th inspection to the Hazardous Materials Inventory and Updated Site Map . <br />
