Site Assessment Work Plan <br /> SANGUINETTI TRUST PROPERTY <br /> 2085 Mariposa Road, Stockton, California <br /> 1.0. INTRODUCTION <br /> Advanced GeoEnviron mental, Inc. (AGE) has prepared this Site Assessment Work Plan <br /> for the property located at 2085 Mariposa Road, Stockton, California (site). This work <br /> plan provides a description of the scope of work and procedures to be used for soil <br /> boring advancement, soil sample collection and laboratory analysis. <br /> This work plan has been prepared as required by the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department (EHD) application for drilling permit. This <br /> investigation is being conducted in accordance with recommendations outlined in a <br /> March 2018 Phase I report to address potential concerns near the property's historic <br /> underground storage tanks (UST) and fuel dispenser island areas. The location of the <br /> site is presented on Figure 1 and a plan of the site with proposed soil boring locations is <br /> presented on Figure 2. <br /> 2.0. SCOPE OF WORK <br /> Based on historical site usage (i.e. former fueling station), a soil investigation is being <br /> conducted at the site and near the former UST and fuel dispenser island areas. The <br /> following basic tasks include: <br /> • Permitting and pre-field work activities. <br /> • Advancement of three (3) 20-foot soil borings and (2) 10-foot soil borings for <br /> collection of soil samples. <br /> • Report preparation. <br /> Each of these tasks is described in greater detail below. <br /> 2.1. PERMITTING AND PRE-FIELD WORK ACTIVITIES <br /> Applicable site assessment permits will be obtained, including boring/well permits from <br /> the EHD. Also, a site-specific Health and Safety Plan will be prepared. Prior to <br /> mobilization, each soil probe location will be clearly marked and a utility clearance <br /> obtained through Underground Service Alert. The EHD will be contacted a minimum of <br /> 72-hours prior to conducting investigation activities to arrange for inspection. <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc. <br />
