Site Assessment Work Plan SANGUINETTI TRUST PROPERTY 2085 Mariposa Road, Stockton, California 1.0. INTRODUCTION Advanced GeoEnviron mental, Inc. (AGE) has prepared this Site Assessment Work Plan for the property located at 2085 Mariposa Road, Stockton, California (site). This work plan provides a description of the scope of work and procedures to be used for soil boring advancement, soil sample collection and laboratory analysis. This work plan has been prepared as required by the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) application for drilling permit. This investigation is being conducted in accordance with recommendations outlined in a March 2018 Phase I report to address potential concerns near the property's historic underground storage tanks (UST) and fuel dispenser island areas. The location of the site is presented on Figure 1 and a plan of the site with proposed soil boring locations is presented on Figure 2. 2.0. SCOPE OF WORK Based on historical site usage (i.e. former fueling station), a soil investigation is being conducted at the site and near the former UST and fuel dispenser island areas. The following basic tasks include: • Permitting and pre-field work activities. • Advancement of three (3) 20-foot soil borings and (2) 10-foot soil borings for collection of soil samples. • Report preparation. Each of these tasks is described in greater detail below. 2.1. PERMITTING AND PRE-FIELD WORK ACTIVITIES Applicable site assessment permits will be obtained, including boring/well permits from the EHD. Also, a site-specific Health and Safety Plan will be prepared. Prior to mobilization, each soil probe location will be clearly marked and a utility clearance obtained through Underground Service Alert. The EHD will be contacted a minimum of 72-hours prior to conducting investigation activities to arrange for inspection. Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc.
