Used <br /> paint booth filters are being disposed of in the trash per owner, Luis Medina. Any person who generates a waste <br /> shall determine if the waste is a hazardous waste. Immediately stop throwing sanding dust and used paint filters in <br /> the trash and make a hazardous waste determination and manage it according the Title 22 hazardous waste <br /> regulations. Submit a statement and supporting documentation explaining how this waste was managed. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 104 CCR 66262.34(d)(2)No modified contingency plan. <br /> An emergency coordinator and modified contingency plan information is lacking. There must be at least one <br /> emergency coordinator on site or on call to coordinate emergency response measures, and the following <br /> information must be posted by a phone: the name and phone number of the emergency coordinator; location of fire <br /> extinguishers, spill control equipment, and if present,fire alarm; and the phone number of the fire department, <br /> unless the facility has a direct alarm. Immediately appoint an emergency coordinator and post the required <br /> information by a phone. A form is provided that can be used for this purpose. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 110 CCR 66262.40(a) Failed to keep signed copy of manifests from the designated facility for three years. <br /> Copies of uniform manifests for the disposal of hazardous waste for January 2016 to January 2019 were not found <br /> on site. Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility on site for <br /> three years and have them readily available for review. Immediately locate a copy of all manifests for the last three <br /> years, maintain them on site, and submit copies to the EHD. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 113 HSC 25160.2(b)(3) Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. <br /> Copies of consolidated receipts for the disposal of hazardous waste for January 2016 to January 2019 were not <br /> found on site. Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all receipts used in a consolidated manifesting <br /> procedure on site for three years and have them readily available for review. Immediately locate a copy of all <br /> receipts for the last three years, maintain them on site, and submit copies to the EHD. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 119 HSC 25404(e)(4) Failed to report program data in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). <br /> A submission to the California Electronic Reporting System (CERS)for the hazardous waste program has not been <br /> made. Beginning January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all new(or any changes to existing) <br /> hazardous waste information online to the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov.
