ADDENDUM B: OIL REMOVAL CONTINGENCY PLAN <br /> resources beyond local agencies. Fire authority will receive a copy of this document <br /> upon approval. <br /> (c) Provisions to assure that full resource capability is known and can be committed during <br /> an oil discharge situation including: <br /> (1) The identification and inventory of applicable equipment, materials and supplies, <br /> which are available locally and regionally. Section H. lists applicable emergency <br /> equipment inventory table, location and brief description. <br /> (2) An estimate of the equipment, materials and supplies, which would be required to <br /> remove the maximum oil discharge to be anticipated .See NWP SPCC Table 2 for oil <br /> storage, testing secondary containment and potential discharge information. Based <br /> on the type of oil and potential discharge volume, the following is an estimate of <br /> supplies needed: <br /> Maximum oil Description Oil Storage Container <br /> discharge <br /> 12 Gal. Active lube oil sorbent material Helical weld oil tank <br /> 15-gallon. Spill Kit* <br /> 10 Gal. Active hydraulic oil sorbent Byard weld oil tank <br /> material <br /> 15-gallon. Spill Kit* <br /> 30 Gal. Active hydraulic oil sorbent Bell expander east side <br /> material <br /> 35-gallon. Spill Kit` <br /> 20 Gal.
