San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department <br /> 1868 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton, California 95205-6232 <br /> Telephone:(209)468-3420 Fax:(209)468-3433 Web:www.s'Aov.org/ehd <br /> Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> JAGUAR HEAVEN AUTO DISMANTLERS 1 1433 TILLIE LEWIS DR, STOCKTON January 08, 2019 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> In the hazardous waste storage area: <br /> -One black 55 gallon steel drum containing used oil was observed with a hazardous waste label missing the <br /> physical state, the hazardous property, and had an illegible accumulation start date. <br /> -One black 55 gallon steel drum containing used oil was observed with a hazardous waste label missing the <br /> hazardous property. <br /> -One black 55 gallon steel drum containing used antifreeze was observed with a hazardous waste label missing the <br /> hazardous property. <br /> -One black 55 gallon steel drum containing waste gasoline was observed with a hazardous waste label missing the <br /> accumulation start date. <br /> -Two 1 gallon plastic buckets containing oil filters(uncrushed/unpunctured)were observed without hazardous waste <br /> labels. <br /> In the shop area: <br /> -One 3 gallon plastic bucket containing paper oil filters was observed without a hazardous waste label. <br /> All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> -the words"Hazardous Waste' <br /> -name and address of generator <br /> -hazardous properties <br /> -physical state <br /> -composition(contents) <br /> -accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all hazardous waste containers are marked with all the required <br /> information. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class ll. <br /> 608 CCR 66266.130 Failed to properly manage used oil and fuel filters. <br /> Bills of lading for the recycling of used oil filters for the last three years were not found on site. A copy of each bill of <br /> lading must be kept on site for at least three years. Immediately locate a copy of all bills of lading for used oil filters <br /> for the last three years, maintain them on site, and submit copies to the EHD. <br /> One black 55 gallon drum containing used oil filters was observed without a label.All used oil filters shall be drained <br /> of free-flowing oil, stored in a closed, rainproof container, labeled as"drained used oil filters,"and marked with an <br /> accumulation start date. Immediately label the containers and ensure that all used oil filters are managed in this <br /> way. <br /> There was no accumulation date on the used oil filters and there were no bills of ladings available for review. <br /> Facilities that generate up to one ton of used oil filters per year may store the filters up to one year. <br /> Facilities that generate one ton or more of used oil filters may store the filters for up to 180 days.
