We have sent to the California Environmental Protection Agency our application to <br /> reactivate our ID#CAL000157695. It was sent off on 1/7/19. <br /> 2. Item#102. In regards to the twelve 5 gallon containers and the one 15 gallon container of oil, we are <br /> scheduled to have the oil picked up 1/16/19. At which point I will send you copies of the receipt. The <br /> i <br /> five led acid batteries have already been properly disposed of with Nor-Cal battery. Receipt attached. <br /> i <br /> 3. Item #113. Working with Tri-Valley Lift, the company who maintains our forklifts, will provide Weibel <br /> Winery with documents regarding the oil changes on the forklifts. The paperwork will be stored in a file <br /> on our site for a minimum of 3 years. <br /> 4. Item#119. Weibel is currently working on submittals of hazardous waste information to CERS. <br /> 5. Item#406. Three 55 gallon drums are getting picked up and receipts will be forwarded ASAP. Two <br /> plastic drums contained concentrate (flavoring) which wasn't hazardous. <br /> 6. Item 9608. Three oil filters will be sent off when the oil gets picked upon 1/16/19.
