This information was required to be submitted by June 28, 2015. This <br /> information has not been received resulting in a non-compliant status for this facility. An operator that receives an <br /> inspection report shall have 30 days to submit a written response that includes a statement documenting corrective <br /> actions taken or proposing corrective actions which will be taken. Ensure that a written response documenting <br /> corrective actions taken or proposed is submitted within 30 days of receiving an inspection report. <br /> Open violations: <br /> -Failed to determine is a waste is a hazardous waste. <br /> -Failed to report program data electronically. <br /> -Stored hazardous waste on site greater than 180 days. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 601 CCR 66262.34(d)Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days. <br /> One blue metal 55 gallon drum of used oil was observed on the east side of the shop with an accumulation start <br /> date of November 2013. Facilities who generate less than 1000 kg of hazardous waste per month and do not <br /> exceed 6000 kg of waste stored on site at any time may store waste on site up to 180 days. Immediately contact a <br /> licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of the manifest to the <br /> EHD. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by February 14, 2019. <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152).
