SC 978 <br /> 11:48 am, received a call back from David, he indicated that they excavated a <br /> large portion however their equipment had burst a hydraulic hose and he needs to <br /> take it to get repaired before he can continue with the excavation. He indicated <br /> that they will resume excavation on Monday. Documented the complaint. <br /> 06/11/2018 Provided a status update to Elinanna Florido, she will be following up on this PE 2546 MANZO <br /> 6 min complaint today. SC 544 <br /> 06/11/2018 Elena provided an update on the spill clean-up: Dave Larsen was not able to PE 2546 FLORIDO <br /> 18 min complete the clean-up over the weekend due to his equipment that had to be SC 544 <br /> repaired. Called and spoke to Dave who indicated he was on his way to finish the <br /> clean-up and said he would give me a call when he wants me to head out to verify <br /> the clean-up. <br /> 06/11/2018 Called Dave Larsen and left him a message to call me back to provide an update PE 2546 FLORIDO <br /> 90 min on the clean-up. Received a call back from Dave, who indicated I could go out to SC 544 <br /> the site to verify the clean-up. <br /> Arrived on site. Dave had excavated the soil around the transformer and almost <br /> filled one roll-off bin with excavated soil. Dave indicated the analytical came back <br /> as non-PCB and the waste would be handled as non-hazardous. Dave indicated <br /> the waste will go to Forward Landfill. I took photos of the excavation. Clean-up is <br /> complete. Left site. <br /> 06/11/2018 Generated photo log with today's clean-up verification photos. PE 2546 FLORIDO <br /> 18 min SC 544 <br /> 06/13/2018 Emailed Alex Steele for the sample analytical results. Received and reviewed PE 2546 FLORIDO <br /> 12 min analytical results, which came back as non-detect for PCBs. SC 544 <br /> 06/14/2018 Emailed Alex Steele to verify where the waste generated was taken to, and the PE 2546 FLORIDO <br /> 6 min waste determination. SC 544 <br /> 06/29/2018 Reviewed and organized complaint documentation. Emailed Alex Steele asking PE 2546 FLORIDO <br /> 18 min him where the waste generated from this spill was taken to and if it was SC 544 <br /> determined to be non-hazardous. <br /> 11/28/2018 Reviewed complaint. Emailed Alex Steele of PG&E requesting he provide the PE 2546 FLORIDO <br /> 12 min disposal records for the waste generated as a result of the spill clean-up. SC 544 <br /> 11/30/2018 Received and reviewed a non-hazardous waste manifest for the waste soil PE 2546 FLORIDO <br /> 30 min generated as a result of this spill, received from Alex Steele of PG&E. I emailed SC 544 <br /> Alex asking him to resubmit a clearer copy of the manifest since it is almost <br /> illegible. <br /> Gathered and organized complaint documentation. <br /> Received an email back from Alex stating he could not make the manifest any <br /> more clear. <br /> Submitted the complaint documentation to Garrett Backus for his review for <br /> abatement. <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br />
