Veeder-Root Sensor Application Guide <br />Discriminating Dispenser Pan and Containment Sump Sensors <br />These discriminating sensors are installed in a dispenser pan or in a containment sump and will detect the pres- <br />ence of, and differentiate between, hydrocarbons and other liquids. Two types of discriminating sensors (Standard, <br />Optical are discussed in this section. A third type, the Mag Sump sensor, is discussed on page 3. <br />Table 1.
