Set up time will increase at lower temperatures and decrease at higher temperatures. <br />(3) The number of bonds is based on volume in the kit and must be completed within the working life of the kit. <br />(4) WELDFAST ZC-275 and 3033 adhesives can be used to bond RB and CL pipe and fittings. Additional sanding on pipe is required with the 3033 adhesive. Usage should be <br />limited to applications recommended for both the Z -CORE product and the pipe and fittings grade being used. Refer to the instruction sheet included with the adhesive kit. <br />(5) The storage life of WELDFAST 3033 & ZC-275 adhesive kits is 24 months at 80°F Adhesive kits should be stored between 70°F and 80°F. <br />(6) The storage life of WELDFAST CL -200 and CL -2000L adhesive kits is 8 months at 70°F and 4 months at 90°F. Storing adhesive at temperatures below 40°F is not recommended. <br />Do not store these kits at temperatures above 90°F <br />(7) The storage life of WELDFAST CL -100 adhesive kits is 5 months at 701F and 3 months at 90°F. Storing adhesives at temperatures below 40`F is not recommended.
