<br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD) has completed the review of the application
<br /> for a permit to install a new Xerxes underground storage tank system (one 20,000-gallon regular gasoline, and
<br /> one 12,000-diesel and one 8,000-gallon premium gasoline split tanks) at the above noted address.
<br /> The permit has been approved with the following conditions:
<br /> 1. Contact the City of Stockton Fire Department, the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District, and
<br /> the City of Stockton Community Development Department for any applicable permits.
<br /> 2. Any changes shall be submitted to the EHD for approval prior to commencing work (including
<br /> change in contractors, service technicians, installers, etc.). All new submittals supersede the
<br /> previous ones.
<br /> 3. Qualified installers must possess or work under the direct and personal supervision of an individual
<br /> physically present at the work site, at all times while work is being performed, who possesses all of the
<br /> following:
<br /> • One of several permissible valid, current contractor's licenses issued by the Contractors State
<br /> License Board (may be issued to the installation company), and
<br /> • A valid, current UST Installation/Retrofitting certificate issued by the International Code Council
<br /> (ICC), and
<br /> • A valid, current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s) of the component(s) being installed,
<br /> additionally,
<br /> • Each person installing or testing any component must hold a certificate of training from the
<br /> manufacturer of that component.
<br /> 4. Qualified service technicians must possess or work under the direct and personal supervision of an
<br /> individual physically present at the work site, at all times while work is being performed, who possesses
<br /> all of the following:
<br /> • One of several permissible valid, current contractor licenses issued by the Contractors State

<br /> • A valid, current California UST Service Technician certificate issued by the International Code
<br /> Council (ICC), and
