(1298129-01)Waste Tire Inspection Report(10-27-2014.pdf
Importance: High
Hi Bryce,
I have had a hard time reaching you via phone. I did some research and found that Morning Star already has an active
TPID number(1661498-01). Ensure that when you haul used/waste tires to/from Morning Star that the facility TPID is
filled out and a manifest is left with the facility. Because an area of concern was issued during the previous inspection
for not completing manifests, a violation will be issued for this inspection. When we issue a violation, a re-inspection is
conducted (no fine). I have set the re-inspection date for March 27, 2015 to give you enough time to generate hauling
manifests. I have attached a copy of the report to this email and I will also mail you a copy. Below I have also included a
link to the revised waste tire regulations that went into effect on October 29,2014. If you have any questions or
concerns, you can respond to this email,or call me at 209-468-3284.
http://www.calrecycle.ca.gov/Laws/Rulemaking/Archive/2014/WasteTires/RuleDocs/FinalRegs.pdf
Thank you,
Harprit S.
