Comments: <br /> Routine waste tire inspection done on this date and the following was noted: <br /> No violations or areas of concern. <br /> Notes: <br /> 1.) Permission to conduct inspection was granted by Bryce Perkins (Site Manager). <br /> 2.)TPID certificate was available for review. <br /> 3.)Waste tires were counted directly. <br /> 4.) Search done on WTMS resulted in 86 manifest. 10 of the manifests observed on WTMS were not on site and <br /> available for review. <br /> 5.) One registered waste tire vehicle was on site during inspection. Vehicle with license plate 383351-11 has its <br /> decal and corresponding certificate. Ensure other waste tire vehicles has their decal and corresponding <br /> certificate. <br /> 6.) Retain all waste tire logs, receipts, and manifests for 3 years. <br /> 7.) Facility only stores its waste tires at this location. <br /> 8.) Inspection report emailed to brycetrailerman@aol.com. <br />
