When filling out waste tire manifests in such a situation simply leave the area of <br /> the manifest that says "Facility Tire Program ID" (but fill in the name, phone number, and <br /> address of the customer's site). When delivering such tires to customer with a TPID <br /> number, fill in the TPID on the manifest where is says "Facility Tire Program ID."
