A larger bucket is used as a secondary containment for the 5 gallon bucket for asphalt release agent <br /> is storing approximately an inch of spilled asphalt release agent. Secondary containment system is <br /> designed to prevent any migration and accidental release of waste to the soil, ground water or surface <br /> water but not to store hazardous waste for long period of time. All facility communication/alarm systems, <br /> fire protection equipment, spill control equipment, and decontamination equipment, where required, shall <br /> be tested and maintained as necessary to assure its proper operations in time of emergency.
