Monitoring records include: (1)date nd time of all monitoring or <br /> sampling; (2)monitoring equipment calibration and maintenance records; (3)results of any visual observations; (4) <br /> results of sample analysis performed a lab or in the field; (5)logs of all readings of gauges or other monitoring <br /> equipment, ground water elevations, or other test results; (6)results of inventory readings and reconciliations. <br /> Immediately locate and maintain all maintenance and monitoring records for the last three years on site and submit <br /> copies to the EHD. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 210 CCR 2716(f)DO monthly reports not maintained on site for 12 months or for 36 months (after October 1,2018). <br /> The June 2018,August 2018 and September 2018 designated operator monthly inspection reports were not found <br /> on site. Designated operator monthly inspection reports for the previous twelve months shall be retained on site. <br /> Locate and ensure that copies of the previous twelve months of designated operator monthly inspection reports are <br /> maintained on site. Submit copies to the EHD. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 315 HSC 25291(e)Water in secondary containment not removed, analyzed, and properly disposed of(pre-Jul 2003). <br /> Liquid was observed in the UDC 5/6 sump. If water could enter into the secondary containment by precipitation or <br /> infiltration, it must be removed and disposed of properly. The service technician removed 5 cups of liquid from UDC <br /> 5/6 sump. Ensure that all sumps and annular spaces are maintained free of liquid. <br /> This was corrected while inspector was on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class ll. <br /> 319 CCR 2635, 2637.1,2665, 2712 No spill bucket,failed to contain 5 gallons, no means to keep it empty, or failed to be <br /> tested. <br /> The Diesel direct-bury spill container failed when tested.All spill containers shall have a minimum capacity of five <br /> gallons and be capable of containing a spill or overfill until it is detected or cleaned up.
