The 100 <br /> octane product had air in the line, the service technician along with the operator pumped out some fuel from the <br /> dispenser to get the air out of the line. The leak detector was retested with passing results. Both the 100 octane and <br /> 110 octane product leak detector passed in operating conditions. <br /> Witnessed 60 minute hydrostatic test for the direct buried spill container. Per the operator, Pierre Chahoud, he <br /> cleaned the drained valve to remove some debris. The diesel spill container passed. <br /> Overfill prevention equipment inspections for the 87 product (2)was not completed during today's inspection. The <br /> service technician could not remove the drop tube to verify functionality and location. The service technician stated <br /> that they will return at a later time to retest. <br /> The fuel pumped out from 100 octane and 110 octane product was placed back to the 100 octane product tank. <br /> The red tag #4212 was removed from the 100 octane fill pipe for the addition of the fuel after testing and placed <br /> back on after the addition of fuel. Fuel levels were at 187 gallons at the time the inspector arrived/prior to the red <br /> tag removal. <br /> The red tag #4210 was removed from the Diesel product fill pipe for testing, and placed back into the fill pipe after <br /> the test was completed. The fuel levels were at 333 gallons at the time the inspector arrived/prior to the red tag. <br /> The red tag #4224 was removed from the 87 (2)octane fill pipe for overfill prevention equipment inspection and <br /> placed back on after the attempt of testing was completed.
