Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Spoke to owner who stated that they buy and fry lumpias outside. <br /> Observation:Wall menu board has"tacos"for sale several times a week. No hot food sold at time of visit. <br /> Correction:Your permit does not allow food to be prepared on site. Only BBQ is allowed if you were to have a proper permit. <br /> (no frying outside is allowed for any food facility). Discontinue food sales.
