If you want to sell food you will need program 1623 ($350) and the food manager <br /> certificate. Since you can't cook indoors, all of the food that comes in will have to be precooked and kept either hot or <br /> cold in refrigerators. You will have to provide commercial equipment-a prep cooler and a steam table. Any equipment <br /> that is set up for self-serve will need sneeze guard protection. Ok to BBQ outside if you have the means to keep food <br /> hot after it is cooked. If food preparation is to take place in the back room, floors, walls and ceilings would have to be up <br /> to code.
