The employees are rude and unkept. Inside the establishment is <br /> dirty and cluttered. The food was not cooked through. Eggs were runny and the dishes were dirty. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Spoke to owner and waitress who were aware of a very unhappy customer.They placed and order to go and were not happy <br /> with the quality of the eggs(over cooked). Eggs were replaced and they also complained about them. Money was partly <br /> refunded.Then customers kept calling and making threats over the phone to employee's. <br /> Per owner, eggs are cooked as requested by customer. Dishes are all pre-soaked before they are placed inside the dish <br /> washer. <br /> Observation: Customer area is clean and clutter free. Utensils and food are stored in a designated area on hall way. <br /> Employee's have clean clothes and hair tied back.
