Not up to code. Shall be ceramic tiles with coved <br /> ceramic base. <br /> 4. Cooler is at 72 F. Shall be 41 F or lower. <br /> 5. Oven/range/hood is not commercial.Will contact contractor with this departments requirements. <br /> 6.Provide air gap between end of drain lines and floor sink. <br /> 7.lnstall soap and towel dispenser in rest room. <br /> 8.Rest room sink shall have both hot and cold water. <br /> 9.Provide a wall rack for the storage of mops, brooms, ect. <br /> 10.
