COMPLAINANT WALKED IN AND NOTICED MEAT CLERK WAS POUNDING BEEF,THEN RINSED <br /> HANDS WITH GLOVES STILL ON,TOUCHED PORK,AND WHEN MEAT CLERK GOT TO(C)ORDER OF CHICKEN (C) <br /> REFUSED ORDER BECAUSE (C) HAD OBSERVED HIS HANDLING OF THE MEATS. MEAT CLERK NEVER CHANGED <br /> GLOVES.ASKED TO SPEAK TO MANAGER AND WAITED TEN MINUTES FOR NO ONE TO COME OUT AND SPEAK <br /> TO(C). BELIEVES CROSS CONTAMINATION OF MEATS WILL GET A LOT OF PEOPLE SICK. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe.
