Facility has not had any ill employees or employees <br /> working at any high risk facilities. Facility sells about 3-4 triple hamburgers a day and about 400 <br /> hamburger patties a day. All hand wash station were complete and supplied. Employees observed <br /> washing hands. Facility use gloves for all ready-to-eat foods. Facility receives food from Shamrock <br /> foods Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Hamburger meat is received refrigerated and <br /> maintained refrigerated. All temperatures are proper. Hamburger cooked to proper temperature. <br /> All sanitizer levels are proper. Facility checks sanitizer buckets hourly. Facility maintains <br /> temperature logs. Food and chemicals are properly maintained. One box of single use cups on the <br /> floor, keep all single use items 6 inches off ground.
