Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Site visit-A few flies in the facility. Drive thru window left open between uses and back door propped when someone is <br /> outside without an air curtain on (Keep doors closed between uses. Correct today). Facility states they have been using <br /> 'Raid'in the facility(stop this today).
