N.JOAQUIN Environmental Health Department <br /> COUNTY <br /> t;reocnt?ss grows Akers. <br /> Time In: 2:15 pm <br /> Time Out: 2:30 pm <br /> Food Program Complaint Inspection Report <br /> Name of Facility: RUBIOS RESTAURANT STORE 232 Date: 03/08/2018 <br /> Address: 5779 PACIFIC AVE, STOCKTON 95207 <br /> Owner/Operator: RUBIOS RESTAURANT INC Telephone: (760)602-3600 <br /> Program Element: 1600-FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00045887 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THEY WERE AT FACILITY APPROXIMATELY 2 WEEKS AGO AND OBSERVED AN <br /> EMPLOYEE WIPING THEIR NOSE WITH THEIR HANDS WHILE PREPARING FOOD AND USING A MARKER TO <br /> WRITE ON FOOD WRAPPER. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Spoke to manager who was not aware of this complaint. <br /> Observations: Hand wash station at cooks lines have soap and paper towels. Employees label food with stickers.They use a <br /> marker to write on them.
