DIAGNOSED WITH VIBRIO." <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #19 Consumer Advisory for Raw or Undercooked Food <br /> OBSERVATIONS:A Consumer Advisory notification is not posted. She states that the facility has not received any similar complaint. <br /> Oysters are received from Pucci Foods(25447 Industrial Blvd. Hayward 94545/510-300-6800/NSSP Cert#CA 56 SS <br /> Oysters are received in bags of 5 dozen (60 oysters)Oysters are farm raised by Nisbet Oyster Co., Inc. P.O. Box 338, Bay <br /> Center,WA <br /> Per facility,they sell about 30 oysters per day <br /> Oyster tags are on site(more than the most recent 90 days).
