Telephone: (209)367-9900 <br /> Program Element: 1600-FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00050061 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> COMPLAINANT WENT TO FACILITY ON 6/26/19 AND ALLEGES THAT WHOLE FRESH CHICKEN SMELLS ROTTEN <br /> AND ALLEGES HE OBSERVED A FLY INSIDE THE MEAT DISPLAY CASE. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #35 Equipment/Utensils Approved and in Good Repair <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Walk in cooler swinging doors have gaps at the top edge. Manager dealt with the issue. During my inspection, I didn't observe any rotten raw chicken <br /> displayed to customers. By asking about the shipment, delivery and storage process of raw prepackaged meat,they receive <br /> their shipment on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
