I'll double check with the district inspector, Kadeanne, on Monday when she
returns. It may be ok for the sealed concrete with slim-foot the base.
Jeff
From:John Hedlund [mailto:ihedlund t harch.com]
Sent:Thursday,July 13, 2017 2:32 PM
To:Jeff Carruesco [EH] <icarruesco@sicehd.com>
Cc: Kadeanne Linhares [EH] <klinhares@sjcehd.com>
Subject: RE: Flooring at Escalon High
I would assume so, but I don't recall seeing any cooking equipment in the space.
John S. You may not know the
answer to this but what is served out of the snack bar? Hot dogs, nachos, popcorn, etc?
Jeff
From:John Hedlund [mailto:ihedlund@tpharch.com]
Sent:Thursday,July 13, 2017 2:09 PM
To:Jeff Carruesco [EH] <icarruesco@sicehd.com>
Subject: RE: Flooring at Escalon High
Yes, the snack bar is existing and everything is staying, we are just doing the finishes indicated —new paint and flooring.
There is also a hand sink that isn't shown on the drawing I sent(here is a plan from the original drawings). They have
sheet vinyl wl integral cove now. Again, if the sealed concrete and sanitary cove can't be done, we will go back to the
sheet vinyl, but the District is doing their best to get away from vinyl because of the maintenance.
John S.
