COCKROACHES IN BATHROOM AND THE WHOLE FACILITY IS DIRTY. <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP º F -- COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />Site visit-No soap at the hand sink and the floor sink under the hand sink is over flowing. Facility must stop using soda <br />dispenser/ice machine and use warewash sink to hand wash until corrected. Provide soap immediately (improper soap <br />provided temporarily) and repair floor sink immediately. Hands are only being rinsed and not washed. No eating occurring at <br />time of inspection. No cockroaches observed in the facility. Floors and walls have build-up, clean as needed. <br />Re-inspection will occur on Monday. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
