COMPLAINANT BELIEVES THE CRAB LEGS WERE BEING RESERVED. PLEASE <br /> CALL COMPLAINANT WITH FINDINGS. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Spoke to owner who was not aware of this complaint. She stated that they never reserve food to their customers. She stated <br /> that some of the employees take the left over food and feed it to their pets. <br /> Observation: During todays visit buffet was not serving crab legs. Owner stated that they serve crab legs only during dinner <br /> (after 3:30 pm).
