Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Manager on Duty is aware of the complaint. He states that he just took over the store about a week and a half ago and is <br /> working on getting the facility clean and more in order. He is scheduling a manager's meeting to discuss cleanliness issues. <br /> The soft serve machine is currently not in service (down for cleaning). <br /> Facility is in need of a deep cleaning. Routine inspection conducted concurrently with complaint investigation.
