<br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS
<br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint:
<br /> CO 0050418 states: "COMPLAINANT ALLEGES FACILITY IS FILTHY, COMPLAINANT VISITED FACILITY FIRST THING
<br /> IN THE MORNING AND FRY AREA WAS CAKED IN GREASE, KITCHEN AREA WAS A MESS."
<br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS
<br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7;
<br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health
<br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of
<br /> the food facility.
<br /> #35 Equipment/Utensils Approved and in Good Repair
<br /> OBSERVATIONS:Equipment throughout the facility needs a deep cleaning:the top of the fry salting station„the fryers,the
<br /> hoods the blender wash at the Frappe Machine,the Silver King creamer dispenser, etc. Clean all equipment. Concentrate
<br /> on hard to reach areas. Pull equipment back from the wall to deep clean underneath. Correct by 3 weeks.

<br /> OBSERVATIONS:The floors under equipment have grease build-up,food debris, and non-food debris. Pull back all
<br /> equipment, degrease, clean and sanitize the floors. Correct by 3 weeks.
<br /> The wall by the sauce packet storage rack has food build-up(sauce splatter). Clean and sanitize wall today.
<br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The walls/ceilings shall have durable,smooth,nonabsorbent,light-colored,and washable surfaces. All floor
<br /> surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily
<br /> cleanable.Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas,except customer service areas and where food is stored in original
