Fan guards inside the 2 door Mc Call coolers have mold/dust. Clean by 1 week and as <br /> needed. <br /> Top section of dish washer has debris. Wipe daily. <br /> Wood strip at menu board is absorbent. Surface shall be panted by 2 weeks. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All nonfood contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean.
