COMPLAINANT GOT UP TO USE <br /> THE RESTROOM AND SAW 2 RATS RUNS ACROSS THE KITCHEN. THERE WERE ALSO RAT DROPPINGS ON THE <br /> FLOOR VISIBLE." <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #23 Rodents, Insects or Animals Inside Facility Major <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Observed advanced rodent(rat)activity at facility. Rat dropping observed inside the dough sheeter(food <br /> contact surface). <br /> Extensive rodent droppings observed at: shelving under the front counter, on top of the dish machine, on top of the paper <br /> towel dispenser, on top of arcade games, on top of the pizza oven, on shelving in the storage room and on the floor <br /> throughout the facility(under shelving and behind the pizza oven, behind arcade games, behind and under the soda <br /> machine and soda syrup boxes, behind the dough mixer, by the mop sink, by the CO2 tank, and under the dish machine). <br /> Immediately begin to clean the facility. Clean up all rodent droppings throughout. Pull back equipment and clean. Sanitize <br /> affected areas after cleaning. <br /> Immediately implement pest control measures(snap traps, glue boards, enclosed bait boxes).
