Time In: 11:40 am <br /> Time Out: 12:27 pm <br /> Food Program Complaint Inspection Report <br /> Name of Facility: POPEYES#11833 Date: 11/19/2019 <br /> Address: 612 E KETTLEMAN LN, LODI 95240 <br /> Owner/Operator: Telephone: (209)339-1120 <br /> Program Element: 1600-FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00051204 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> RESTAURANT IS REALLY DIRTY, COCKROACHES UNDERNEATH THE TABLES. RESTROOM IS ALSO REALLY <br /> DIRTY. PLEASE SEND INSPECTOR AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, CALL BACK AFTER INSPECTION. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Upon arrival I spoke with the manager on duty in regards to the complaint made or if any complaints that are similar,they <br /> stated no complaint has came to their attention of the same nature. I inspected the facility and observed no signs or droppings <br /> for any pest or rodents. However,facility does have a fly issue and a few were observed while on site. The manager stated <br /> that they are taking measures to reduce the fly count by placing the lids on the garbage cans/dumpsters and when pest <br /> control comes to the facility. Manager on site could not present records for pest control, however stated pest control comes at <br /> least once a month and will provide copies of the invoices to verify through email. Facility does contain normal daily ware and <br /> tare but is not filthy or extremely dirty. Manager stated that the dining area is cleaned every thirty minutes by staff and a log <br /> will be provided by email as well. Observed no violations in the restroom and the manager stated that the restroom iscleaned <br /> very frequently as needed.
